Refund policy

NO RETURN POLICY ON GRADED CARDS. All sales are final as replacement inventory not guaranteed as most items are one of a kind, authentically graded and irreplaceable. Buyer bears full risk of purchased items once they leave sellers possession. ABC Legacy Sports Cards is not responsible for any damage once it leaves our facility. ABC Legacy Sports Cards will accept returns on any UNOPENED boxes BUT NOT cases. All sales on cases are final unless the buyer receives the wrong product. Must return all boxes within 7 days of purchase. NO RETURNS accepted on any boxes that have been opened or tampered with. ALL RETURNS unopened with seal intact subject to a full refund less shipping and handling costs. BUYER bears the burden of any shipping and handling fees. We have the right to revise any price or sale on our website without notice. Also, we always aim to have our items in stock but there are times where we might come up against small delays and or products that are in high demand. Our customers will be advised, and a refund will be given as an option. 

Out-of-Stock or Unavailable Items

In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your purchase due to an inventory discrepancy or listing error, ABC Legacy Cards reserves the right to cancel the affected item or order. You will receive a full refund to your original method of payment for any item we are unable to fulfill.
